What is Stock & Seed?

Stock & Seed is a curated collection of styled, natural-light spaces available for rent by the hour or day. Designed for creators, brands, photographers, filmmakers, and teams — our spaces are made for shoots, meetings, and meaningful gatherings.

Where are your spaces located?

We currently have locations in Argyle and Westlake, TX — just 20 minutes north of DFW. Each space is uniquely styled but shares the same quality of light, design, and ease of use.

What can your spaces be used for?

Photo shoots, video shoots, content days, commercial filming, brand sessions, workshops, off-site meetings, styled events, and more. If you're unsure whether your use fits, just reach out.

How do I book a space?

What are your rates?

Do you offer monthly memberships?

Yes! One membership gives you access to all Stock & Seed spaces at discounted rates with priority booking. Great for creators or teams needing regular access. Contact us to learn more.

Can I host an event at Stock & Seed?

Yes — our spaces are perfect for small, styled gatherings like brand launches, showers, or team events. We don’t currently host weddings or large-scale events.

What’s included in the rental?

Each space is styled, cleaned, and ready to shoot. Furniture and decor are included. Some locations have full kitchens, backdrops, or outdoor areas — check individual listings for specifics.

Do you require a security deposit?

We don’t require a deposit for standard bookings, but we do have a rental agreement and may request a refundable hold for large productions or events.
